When will I get my order?
Same-Day Pickup will be ready 2 hours after your order was placed. We send pick up notifications to the email used when you placed your order.
*Orders must be place before 3pm for Same-Day Pickup
Next Business Day Pickup will be ready the next business day.
USPS Priority Mail will ship the next business day. You will be emailed tracking information to the email used when your placed your order.

What if I missed the next-day window?
We got you.—but it’s gonna cost. Hopefully you charged your customer a last-minute fee, because we definitely will. Please review the Fees & Upcharges section below.
Can you fix my blurry photo?
Nope. While some pictures look fine on your phone, enlarging them for print can turn into digital trash.
If it’s fuzzy on a computer screen—or the file size is tiny—it’ll be fuzzy on your cake.
We print what you send.
We do offer design services. Our in house designer is skilled and can make your images cake ready.
Can you make my square image into a circle?
Geometry says no. If you give us enough background to crop, we’ll try to do it. If not, you get a square image with a circle outline.

Will you cut my image for me?
If you want 2" inch pre-cut circles, we’ve got you (Not Available for Same Day Pickup).
Anything else, grab some scissors. Unless… you want us to fire up the Cricut.
Custom cuts start at $35.99 and take extra time. Translation: not same-day.
Will my image print the same exact colors on my screen?
No. Depending on your screen, COLORS MAY SLIGHTLY VARY. We use high-quality, food-grade coloring to ensure your edible picture has vibrant colors.
What are my photo wrap options?
You can submit up to 5 photos which will be duplicated into 10 images.
Extra photos will be an additional $2.50 per photo.
What icing works best?
Light colored icing or buttercream is your friend. Dark colored icing or buttercream will peek through like a bad tattoo.
How do I get the image off the backing?
Peel it gently.
If it’s stuck (thanks, humidity). Here's a freezer trick! Toss it in the freezer for a few minutes.
For pre-cuts, cut the sheet into squares first, freeze briefly, then peel off one at a time.
Don’t leave the icing sheets exposed to air—they’ll get brittle and snap.
How do I store my edible icing image?
Keep sealed in the original bag until ready to use.
Store flat, at room temperature, in a cool, dry place.
Do not refrigerate or freeze (unless you’re doing the freezer trick to release the sheet).
Exposure to air makes sheets brittle. Always keep covered until use.
What’s the edible icing sheet made of?
These edible frosting sheets are made of ingredients such as starches, with added sugar and gums.
Icing paper edible sheets are gluten free, nut free, and allergen free. Kosher certified.
What is your refund policy for Edible Image Orders?
Refunds: Only if we refuse your order upfront. You will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
