Need cake supplies but can’t make it into the store? You don’t have to come here. 

If you already know what you need, purchase a Cake Emergency Priority Order Pull and send us your list. We’ll check the store, pull the items available, and prepare the order for pickup by you, your designated person, Uber driver, or courier.

Starting at $20 per order

Merchandise is additional and will be invoiced separately.

This service is designed for returning Cakewalk customers who already know our store and inventory.

How it works

1. Purchase the $20 Priority Order Pull service.
2. In the order notes, list exactly what you need, including item name, quantity, size, color, brand, or other identifying details.
3. Choose your substitution preference:
   • Comparable substitutions are okay
   • No substitutions
4. Allow a minimum two hour preparation window during regular business hours.
5. We’ll check in store availability and pull the merchandise.
6. We’ll send you a separate Shopify invoice for the items available.
7. Pay the merchandise invoice.
8. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a Ready for Pickup notification.
9. Pick it up yourself or send your designated person, Uber driver, or courier.

What the $20 fee covers

The service fee covers checking in-store availability, locating merchandise, pulling the order, and preparing it for pickup.

The base fee includes up to 10 different products/SKUs.

Multiple quantities of the same product count as one product.

Important

• The $20 service fee is separate from the cost of merchandise.
• The service fee is nonrefundable, even if some or all requested items are unavailable.
• Merchandise is billed separately.
• Staff will not stop the order to contact you about individual substitutions.
• This service is for customers who already know what they want.
• Please wait for the Ready for Pickup notification before sending anyone to the store.
• Make sure they have your order number.
